LIFTING OF UREA STRIPPER

The rigging plan & job execution of inversion of striper at Fauji Fertilizer Plant near Sadiqabad (Pakistan), was carried out by HMA in April, 2000 during annual turnaround.

To lift the stripper specified as length 12m, dia 2.6m & weight 80 tons, crane coles colossus 250ton was deployed as main lift crane & manitowoc 4100w vicon used as tailing crane.

The whole activity took four hours to complete the inversion of stripper with the sequence of lifting the urea stripper to the ground, tilting and re-lifting the stripper to its foundations at 45m elevation

Erection of Vacuum Columns

The crane coles colossus 250 ton was called at the site for erection of vacuum cloumns, dimensions 38 m length, 4.5 m dia and 85 ton weight, at Dewan Suleman Expansion Plant III, Hattar.

HMA erected three columns of this kind during year 1998. The whole job of planning, rigging and erection of these columns was in HMA work scope.

Erection of cold box under way. Planning, rigging and job executed by HMA. HMA has a team of experienced rigging staff along with well maintained fleet of equipment and machines. This made HMA a leading organization in its field.

HMA executed the erection job of modules at packages. The project was well planned by HMA and erection of modules was completed before scheduled time. HMA deployed its 100 ton tadano, 70 ton lorain & 50 ton coles crane to complete the job according to the standards set by the client.
